Legs - squats

   In a standing position with feet slightly separated, slowly lower your body to a squatting position with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Hold for 2 seconds, then raise to a standing position. As this becomes easier for you, feel free to add hand weights. Repeat throughout the commercial break!
